I ordered ahead and still waited over 30 minutes in the drive-through. When I finally reached the window, there was no acknowledgment, even though my mobile order was visible. I overheard employees talking about not making eye contact so they wouldn’t have to acknowledge customers. This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing—by far the worst Dutch Bros experience I’ve ever had. This is the first review I have ever left.

I come every morning before work and the girls are amazing. They work hard and fast even when it’s just two of them and they are completely slammed. They are so sweet and great with their customers. I would never go anywhere else.!!!!!
