Staff was very accommodating; at the time I visited, their dining room was closed. But when the drive-thru had 3 cars, a staff member came out right away to take orders, and offered credit card payment.
I LOVE THE PEOPLE HERE! they're all so friendly and kind, and the drinks are always made perfectly!
Multiple times at this location I have received caffeinated beverages after asking for decaf. I am extremely sensitive to caffeine and it can potentially give me heart problems and ruin an entire week due to nonsleep. I try to remind them at every junction because I understand most people want caffeine and its probably habit to go to the caffeinated grounds but it has become extremely frustrating and I unfortunately have to give up my Dutch Bros because its too risky.
Over the past month, I’ve noticed a consistent pattern with the drinks here. If you don’t tip, you seem to get more ice and less syrup. If you tip 15% or more, you get less ice and more syrup. I understand it’s mostly young workers, but customers shouldn’t be short changed on their drinks based on whether or not they tip at the drive-thru. Maybe it’s just coincidence, but it’s happened too consistently for me to ignore.
