I feel like the customer service is good but I felt it was so slow and the coffee taste burnt and give me heart burn.
Have been visiting this Dutch Bros since it opened, I barely come anymore. 20-30 minutes to get a single coffee with maybe 5 cars ahead is insane.
Fast and friendly service. Ordered a mocha freeze and it was delicious!
Absolutely hands down the best Dutch Boys in the area! My drink is very hot, when asked and if I change the topper, I'm so regular there they check with me on the change. Great group with excellent customer service skills, and always smiling! Thky
