Ordered at the walk up window today. A guy was obviously being trained as a new hire. He was being directed on how to make a drink and dropped the ice scoop on the floor. I was in complete disbelief that he casually picked it up and placed it back in the ice container! And I front of the employee that was training him and both acted as if it was normal! Will not be returning to that location.
This place is always a nightmare! Order is always wrong and it takes forever. People working Seem very chaotic. Employees should spend more time checking order accuracy than chatting with everyone.
My husband and I come here often! Almost daily, no matter the time the employees are amazing and the drinks are made fast and taste great! WE LOVE THIS LOCATION!!!!
