Very friendly staff
I frequent the Dutch Bros in Falcon and the employees are consistently nice. Today was no exception, but Jules went above and beyond. Long story short, my mother is in the hospital and I was visibly upset. I asked her if she was a “prayer” and with all sincerity she said yes. She then took the time to do just that. Jules reminded me that my mom was in good hands and she let me cry for a couple minutes without rushing me along. I would love to give more stars because I truly love Dutch, however, the last few times I've gone to the Falcon location service has been terribly slow, to the point where it doesn't want me to go! Drive thru and mobile pickup alike. Broistas have been great, just wish I didn't have to wait 15 mins for a single coffee....
