This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at Dutch Bros. I placed a mobile order and still didn’t get it until about 10-15 minutes AFTER the pickup time, as well as after I arrived, which is already ridiculous. This wasn’t peak time either, just me in line and 2/3 cars in the drive thru. Meanwhile, the drive-thru line just kept moving nonstop, so clearly mobile orders are not a priority at all. There was no line in the drive thru, besides the car infront of me. But 4 of the employees were with the same car talking over 5min. When they were placing my order, it was wrong. But it seems like they were just completely distracted not paying attention to what my order was.

Freedom was an amazing Dutch bro ! Honest and helpful when selecting menu items. Great personality I would come back for the great service he provided!
Awesome people, awesome service, and awesome drinks! They were all so friendly, helpful, and welcoming! This is the only stand I will be going to from now on!
