Drinks are great and price is good and great service
Watch out wait times here are a nightmare. Four Friends of one of the Brista show up blocking one of the drive through windows just chatting, while ten cars are waiting this went on for 10 to 15 minutes, I called to complain and they don't answer their phone line, maybe the music too loud or they lost their hearing due the loud music. I am surprised a previous employee hasn't sued over hearing loss. After dealing with this twice I stop coming here.
When we go to my doctor in Seasie Oregon, we love to go to the Dutch Bros coffee shop. The staff are very friendly and have so much energy. It lifts our spirits. BUT the last time we went there (3-23-26) we were greeted the same fun living way. The staff was great, the issue we had was, there was a very strong smell, not a nice smell!! It was gross, it smelled like an outhouse. It made me want to cancel order, and leave ASAP. We ended up staying to get our drinks, but will not go back until the issue is addressed.
