I would normally rate way above bc the staff is always so nice when I go! However, last week I ordered something new to me and it was delicious! It was the Mad Moose Freeze. Went today and got the new Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Protein Latte. I will say this is probably my favorite coffee from Dutch Bros so far! I typically dont get coffee from Dutch Bros, I prefer another place. I usually get their Rebel energy drinks. But I will be back for this one! Service has always been great here!
Blonde girl with glasses taking orders at window sucks around 2:30pm 3/8 complaining about something infront of me to other employee, pretty rude that she couldn’t wait till I left? Got 3 drinks 1 of the 3 where made correctly 1st one she put so much ice in my lemonade 2 sips and it was gone Other coffee had zero caramel flavor pretty gross taste Worst dbs experience I’ve ever had. I love their drinks but the wait time has become ridiculous. The last couple of times I have come it has been 25+ min in line for a drink, after 10 min of not moving I would leave but there is no way out of the drive through bc people start going into the second line. Usually people keep it open so people can pass through which is the logical thing to do, but then people pull up and get into the second lane and get to skip the line. Im not a regular but I've had a golden eagle or two. what I got was in fact not a golden eagle. the girls making the coffee were talking loud enough for us to hear that they didn't want us in the drive through and to top it off the coffee they delivered was terrible. it didn't taste or look good. it was practically blended ice that was put in the same vicinity as coffee.
