I come to this Dutch Bros two to three times a week, and lately it’s been really disappointing. I always make sure to clearly state my order, but for the past few months my drinks are rarely made correctly. It’s not that they forget items — it’s that they don’t make the drink how I asked. For example, today I asked for extra sweet cream and got none at all. It might not sound like a big deal, but it’s frustrating when it happens over and over, especially as a regular customer.
