The managers Kam and Mikayla are always on top of the service we receive. Jaime always remembers my drink. Alexis makes my drink perfect, the whole staff are amazing. Even if we are close to another Dutch brothers we would rather come get our drinks at this Dutch bro location. Plus they spoil our Dogs!!!
I waited in like 30 minutes before the store closed. waited the 30 minutes in line to be informed that I wasn’t going to get served a drink, very rude and very unprofessional
Since I started going to this location in Bernalillo, it's left a bad taste in my mouth. Granted, there are nice ones that come take your order... But the ones that stick out are the rude ones, like the blonde girl whom I think is a manager as well as others. Not even a greeting or thank you. It seems like it's a bother or inconvenience to be there getting a drink. I would rather drive 25 minutes to the Rio Rancho location than deal with them. They greet you with a smile even chit chat.
