Love the drinks but modifications should be done to logo to attract more customers kind of like the one I made. :)
I was at the walk up window and 2 of the workers saw me and didn’t even acknowledge me standing there. I waited 3 minutes without being greeted or helped. Overall terrible experience this was also not the first time this has happened.
Yelled out my window to place my order and she still couldn’t hear me. I then said can you turn down the music and barista said she had no control over it. Drinks were very good but customer service on the other hand was not.
Guy on the window said 10.50$ 2 16oz drinks but it looks like he cancel the sale made a new one and charge me 14.30$ the guy might of given himself a tip idk I called dutch bros number and after 15 mim wait it just hanged the phone call for my first time here this raised a few red flags no good hopefully I don't end up paying 24.80 for 2 16oz drinks Update: I did get charged 24.80 total for the 2 drinks 🥲 never going back to that place
