This is the slowest Dutch Bros I’ve been to. The team could really use better management. The wait times are the only reason I second-guess coming to this location
Literally all the kids working there standing in a crowd talking to friends in cars oblivious to the customers waiting in line. One one person making drinks while 90% of the employees stand around talking. Literally waited 40 minutes for my order. Late for work. Great product, horrible, horrible service. Do not recommend. ...and they ask for tips? For what?!
Ordered light ice for a drink and they only filled the drink 2/3 the way. Ordered the Carmel pumpkin drink as a breve and they didn’t make it correctly. I’ve tried to go there a few times and it just seems everytime it’s something, makes me sad because I love Dutch.
The drinks never taste like they should. Always wrong with orders. Waiting time is crazy. I don’t understand how these kids are left unattended. They need more training. This location is the worst I’ve been to.
