Extremely upset. I ordered a German chocolate mocha, he read it back as mint mocha, which was corrected, and even made sure at the window they knew it was meant to be a German chocolate mocha. They said that's what it was, and after my family and I got all the drinks (5 different drinks), pulled away from the window, and I tried mine, it was a mint mocha. German chocolate mocha was said multiple times to the staff working, and yet the mistake was still made, and that's extremely disappointing.
Absolutely unacceptable. I explicitly ordered a decaf coffee and verified twice, with the attendant that she heard decaf, and received a caffeinated drink. This is a serious issue, as my personal beliefs prohibits caffeine consumption. Additionally, I requested cinnamon syrup and light ice, and received only cinnamon sprinkles with normal ice.
