I'm sorry, it should not take longer than a fast food drive thru lane to prepare a cup of coffee. We've all been sitting behind one car for 10 mins while the male cashier is just chatting with the car gesticulating and not giving a care to the line. At least 20 more cars have pulled up waiting on him. Super slow and for what? A kiki?
I stop at Dutch Bros every now and again and have never had a bad experience. The drinks or coffee i order are always made exactly how I ordered them. Staff is always upbeat and pleasant. Super chill place. You can park, get out and order or do the drive-thru. App points are accepted both ways. The baked goods on the other hand, definitely an extra I'll avoid in the future.
