I’m a regular at Dutch Bros. I have never had this terrible of an experience. My experience today made me not want to go ever again. I went through and ordered a small ice water, normally I get a large but I just asked for a small today and the person taking my order told me I had to make a purchase now before I can get a free water. This is against California law for a restaurant to deny a human water by the way. Even though it’s a drive through it is considered a restaurant. Dutch bros fix this please.
Good place to get fun and good drinks coffee or energy drinks with different flavors super fun creating the perfect drink for yourself.
