Love the people working, vibes and welcoming and exiting throughout the waiting
I guess the people waiting on these long drive-thru lines must be the same people who wait in line at In N Out. This location doesn't allow order-ahead and doesn't have a walk-up window. Instead, there are 2 long drive-thru lines. It would be much more efficient to have one line for mobile order pickup and one for people who have nothing better to do than to wait in line. All kidding aside, the line moved pretty quickly. Knocked it down a star because of the lack of efficiency.
I remember before the new owner took over and split the locations up the customer service was great. Now it’s all kids who don’t care. Rushing you out. Immediate “what can I get you” no more good mornings how are you’s no energy. Sarah and jazzy are the only ones I see still embodying what Dutch bros used to be.
