Please improve your drive through in the morning hours (before 5AM). You literally get stuck in the line of vehicles with no way to get out when it’s taking too long of a wait (15-20 minutes).
I am a loyal dutch bros customer among many locations and love the franchise... this location, however, has had more lows than ups for sure.... today is the straw that broke the camels back. Went here through the drive thru ordering a caramelizer mocha for me and a peach sparkling soda with coconut milk in it for my wife..... ordered with the lady holding the tablet. No problem, she repeated the order back correctly, and we paid n tipped there. Then, upon arriving at the pickup window, the girl repeated the order back to us ... read more
I don't care which Dutch Bros. you go to, everyone that works at Dutch is always super friendly. It has a good and positive vibe, always busy, but I can see why. I love that they have multiple sugar-free syrup options. It's a great place, I love going there.
