Horrible horrible service! Had us waiting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes while laughing with some old guy in a truck ahead of us. They had the drinks ready they were just having conversation amongst themselves, having a long line waiting when there was only 3 cars!!!! Horrible customer service. They should not be flirting with customers, laughing or giggling when they have people waiting for drinks they are paying for!
The crew at the Goodyear Dutch Bros absolutely crushed it today! We pulled up feeling tired and grumpy, but the second we pulled up, the barista greeted us with the biggest smile and the best energy. We ordered Snickerdoodle Iced Chai Lattes and they not only nailed it, but even gave a couple awesome suggestions for next time. Huge shoutout to Ariz and Bloo—you seriously made our night better.
