I ordered 1 coffee at 10 34 in the mobile app ,at 10:54 the app says was ready i show up att 11: 05 no coffee "they give my order to another person" so okay you guys can make again yes... then 11 34 i walk away with no coffee and 7 dollar less in my bank account. 1h for 1 coffe.... This teenager working there are ridiculous slow last time a will evere come.
Love Dutch Bros, they have awesome employees who are very informative and outgoing, the drinks are just a bonus! That being said, they need to bring back The Cookie Butter drinks! I've never visited Dutch Bros as much as I did when they had that drink, they need to make it a permanent drink!
