Very disappointed with the customer service from the new girl (blonde). I don’t know her name, but her attitude is terrible. This is the third time I’ve dealt with her, and both times she’s been rude, uninterested, and nothing like the friendly, helpful staff I’m used to here. She doesn’t communicate, doesn’t engage, it’s almost like she picks and chooses who she wants to engage with.

Sent my son To Dutch bros for a large golden eagle with no ice. This is what I received. I will not be returning to Dutch bros again for coffee. I paid for a large maybe I should have got a discount for not getting the ice!! Smh
