I usually come to my local Dutch Bros early in the morning. But I had to come tonight because I’m leaving on a trip. I had the greatest experience with Chris and Diego. They had great customer service fast service and was very helpful when I needed to decide on how to store my drink for the a.m.. I can say this was the best experience at night that I have had. Thank you, Chris and Diego.
Great people great service never let me down
This location used to be excellent! However, the service has declined tremendously. I’m a regular who comes every morning after I drop my kids off at school; however, the lines have been 15-20 minutes long. When I finally get my order, it’s wrong and tastes horrible! The coffee quality is TRASH now. I know that is harsh, but it makes no sense for me to wait 15 minutes in the drive-thru, then have to go back through the drive-thru and wait another 15-20 minutes to get the order remade. I enjoy getting my smoothie here!!! Delicious and so far so good on the customer service.
I went to Dutch bros to pick up my online order and when I get it my drink is wrong and i politely tell them they made me the soda instead of the red-bull and the girl looks at my online order and sees that it’s supposed to be the red bull and she snatches the drink from my hand and says “whatever”. And proceeds to make it wrong again on purpose.
