I frequently have bad experiences here, I probably go more than I should. A lot of the employees are rude, especially the blonde treating her coworkers like crap. Which I’m not sure if this is the same blonde, but the other day I got a rebel-galaxy fish- which has three flavors. I watched her make it, barely put in any syrup, the bottle of strawberry was low and ran out while making my drink. She did not care to replace it and put the appropriate amount of syrup. I usually have good experiences at this Dutch bros but the girl with red hair and glasses last time I went was pretty rude. She had an attitude the second she started taking my order but everyone has bad days so I tried to brush it off. But the weird judgy looks were really unnecessary especially considering I didn’t even order anything crazy. Came for a light night thirst quencher and Mali gave exceptional service. 30 minutes before close and she is still smiling and giving great customer service like it's the first order of the day 10/10
