I’m pretty frustrated by my experience. I had enough money loaded in my Dutch Bros app to fully cover my drinks and even had over $2 extra remaining based on the total I was given. I was told my total was $12.09, so I expected the app balance to cover it with money left over. This Dutch Bros is by far the worst one and I’ve been to ALOT from Dallas/Fort Worth area all the way to Tulsa, OK. A simple double torture basic drink and every single time I get it from this location it is always trash… the BEST Dutch Bros I EVER been too is the one in Grapevine, TX…
