I’m so sad. This place has gone down hill. I am only going to give it one star because There is probably about 3-4 employees that are still left( The OGs) that are great. But Everyone else left and they hired new staff that has been there for at least a month. Gets drinks wrong every time. They are RUDE! I’ve never been treated the way they treat me now. I’ve been coming to this location since they open and I’ve seen a lot of people come and go and a lot of the people that are no longer. There were great hard workers. They were also super friendly. It’s so sad to see them go. Especially the old manager, the new manager is not friendly whatsoever doesn’t take the time to get to know customers specially the regular ones that come every day sometimes twice a day. I cannot believe the wait time at this location. I’ve never sat at a Dutch Bro’s for over 20 minutes before. Would not recommend if you are wanting something fast.
