Long wait time. Over 20 minutes . And they didn’t have ice. My coffee was pout with milk from the fridge to make it cold but it was gross. My first bad Dutch experience
edit: 2 yrs later, still love this place! Sad to see some of the old employees move on but they've got new ones coming in that are amazing and so friendly and efficient, like Michael who always greets us with a smile and knows our drinks by heart already.☺️ the drinks are spot on satisfying and always exact to what u order, it doesn't have that weird tastes diff from day to day phenomenon. 10/10
Went to Dutch Bros for the first time and got the Golden Eagle, and it was a 10/10! Both ladies were super nice and even asked if they could give my dogs pup cups. Great customer service and I’ll definitely be back😊
Had a (very small) problem with my girlfriend’s drink Amanda helped me through finding my order in the app and remaking it. Spectacular Service !!!! -kev
