I usually dont do reviews ...but I wanted to Thank Cystal for being kind and making GREAT matcha drinks. She listens and gets it right..giving AmaZing customer service.
Literally just sat outside waiting for my drink for 20 minutes only for them to say “sorry we’ll make it right now.” I requested a refund which hopefully I get back because the staff didn’t seem to know what the hell they were doing. I’ve worked in customer service and am usually forgiving but come on. I expect a refund and for you to make my drink. So, sat there for 20 mins (which I do not have time for) and left with no drink. Do better
Most unhygienic location I been to no one on site, dipping your finger in others peoples drink to check good taste? You’ll rarely get what you ask for if you order online it’s the convenience that makes the app desirable if they’re not done by time met then it’s beating an entire purpose. The staff it’s nice overall but needs better leadership.
