It’s “okay” A Dutch Bros is a Dutch Bros. They have their recipes, no matter what location you go to it will be the same. BUT the service here is terrible. Every time I come here the employees seem to think it’s social hour. I’ve currently been waiting for over 30 minutes, and just as it’s about to be my turn to order, a girl comes out to chat for at least 15 minutes. As she does this one employee is making drinks and 3 other cars wait behind me.
This company has gotta work on turn around times. You are never in this drive thru for less than 15 minutes no matter the location. There’s been times it takes 30+ minutes to grab one coffee. The staff is always nice, the product is typically consistent but it shouldn’t take so long every single time… it’s inconvenient and unreliable.
All beverages are so good my favorites are the caramel latte iced coffee and the shake peach with white chocolate 😋
