normally when i go here service is fast and nice! but this time i came there was one car in line they just kept chatting with forever. the dutch bros worker would glance back at us but just continue talking to the other person in line. we thought they’d eventually take our order after waiting for a while, but they didn’t so we ended up leaving sadly. maybe i’ll go to 7brew instead

I am fairly certain the person taking orders, on an early December day, compromised my credit card. I was purchasing a gift card and she asked to take my credit card, then waited till I had made it up to the window and came inside to let the other person finalize my purchase! The outside person held my card out of site for around 10 or more minutes. That can’t be standard procedure. Shortly after this I had 2 unknown charges to Amazon on my card.
