My first negative experience at Dutch Bros. I ordered ahead of time on the app. When I arrived there was a car giving an order to an employee outside in 1 lane so I pulled into the other lane and proceeded to get in line. The employee approached my window to tell me I pulled in front of a "a whole bunch of other people." It was only one car. Asked for stupid whip cream for my over priced cofffee and got laughed and then my hot coffee had whole coffee beans in it and got told sorry can’t remake the coffee.. Washburn is by far the better location.
