The staff are always extremely pleasant, very nice and helpful, and they treat you like an individual person. And if you have dogs with you, that's always a plus because they go above and beyond to get to know your dog and make sure that your dog has a treat right along with you. Love that place!! Literally stopped going to Starbucks because DB is so awesome!!
