I placed a pickup order today and saw something that I’ve never seen before. I went to the pick-up window and an older lady was berating the manager. That being said, the manager Jen handled everything amazingly. She stayed calm and attempted to explain to the lady what was going on. Which fell on deaf ears. Jen was so friendly to me afterwards. My coffee was a 10/10 and so was my friends. The staff here did amazing!
Personal shoutout to Abbie & Landon! We were having a rough day, pulled in for a little pick-me-up, they asked how our day was, we said it was horrid due to running around town due to courts and such- they made our day a little brighter and made our drinks extra special for us! 🥺 They left a sweet little note on the cup! Literally the sweetest location with the best workers.
