This morning worst experience at Dutch Bros. 2014 have been a devotional customer. 7 years at this location. Repeated our drinks twice in line waited 30 minutes. Got to the window no greeting.. “4 ice drinks” no incorrect. We ordered 3 not 4. One large hot wc with cupcake & 2 iced Americans with wc coconut banana white coffee with oatmilk. These are so nasty blah not the right flavor. Upbeat and positive atmosphere and attitudes. Makes for an uplifting experience
Super busy and so your drinks are made fast and completely wrong then God forbid you ask them to fix it because the disgusting and disrespectful customer service that you receive is insane! I paid for specific drink and am just suppose to take whatever you’re given and be quiet about it 🤦🏻♀ worst Dutch bros I’ve been too hands down!!
