Estimated pick up time for online order vs. Actual time ready = 25 minutes. After waiting and waiting, while other orders were being prepared/served, I still didn't get my extra shot of espresso in a Golden Eagle. Don't skip my extra shot because I can tell. It tasted like a weak coffee. Caramel? Didn't taste that either. I visit Alamogordo frequently. Dutch Brothers will not be one of my stops anymore because I had the same experience last time.

Customer Service and Atmosphere is always friendly, those aspects keeps me coming back every time for that pick-me-up coffee I so needed that day or all week... 😆 Drawbacks, sometimes the wait times are long or when they are busy, my drink lacks love, but bring it up with them nicely and they will work with you. We are all human, let's be kind. I recommend placing your order in advance and plan to visit with 20-30 minutes to spare in case they are busy. Rate 4.25-4.5 stars
