I frequent at Dutch Bros with my husband and love the drinks and service but recently when we've been going, there's a young underage girl in her teens that works there who has been borderline harassing my husband and openly making advances that my husband has been respectfully declining and has made both me and my husband, extremely uncomfortable as it's disrespectful and the fact that she's also a child i've tried contacting them via their phone number to report, but it just goes to a general headquarter number not the loc... read more
Always quick, consistent, and tasty. Highly recommend
Service is always excellent when we stop by. Eva is always so helpful and personable. The only con that I would say is that I wish the staff wouldn’t have to be outside when it’s freezing cold or scorching hot in the summer. I understand it makes things go faster but maybe install a drive thru speaker so staff doesn’t always have to be outside.
Ok real quick, from Boston, here in Santa Fe for a little vacation. Wanted a coffee and arrived today to drive thru my order. I was met by a girl who was outside in freezing weather to take my order on a tablet. She was amazing, friendly, and professional. My problem is that she wasn’t able to keep 100% of the cash tip I gave her. I asked her directly because it’s important to me, since she’s the one outside braving elements.
