Thos location is hands down the worst I've ever been to. A bunch of dumb kids that cant take orders or give out orders correctly.
This is my only Dutch Brothers experience and it as a whole was just bad. I fell in love with the pretty in pink blended rebel, about a month or two of ordering it with little to no issues, weirdly no one could make it anymore and suddenly my drink cost more, right after I had asked why the employee walked right past a waiting customer to help a car that hasn’t come to a complete stop yet. I ordered an Iced Oatmilk Latte, with flavor and soft top. Received a pumpkin oatmilk instead and when I went back to get the correct item both workers were rude when I asked for the drink to be remade. Once it was, I received the most bitter and almost chemical tasting coffee. That was still wrong!
