Bought a golden eagle with whip cream and an extra shot literally got something totally different with no whip cream and it was ehhh but it wasn’t bad. I didn’t want to tell them to remake my drink twice. It was a sign the lady didn’t know how to make that drink. So I just took off.
the staff needs to learn how to follow simple instructions. i asked for a cold pour (no ice) drink with the soft top and toppings on the side. they ended up putting it in the drink. i don’t see how someone would ask for a cold pour drink with their toppings in the drink. i brought it up to the lady that handed to me that i asked for it on the side and the only response i got from her was “oh…sorry”. did not even offer to fix it. i had to leave right after and it was too late for me to realize that the outside of my cup had c... read more
I have never ever seen such a well organized and friendly atmosphere like Dutch bros and their employees! I always go to all the locations and today I will never ever forget the experience I had. I noticed there were many people outside smiling and laughing and essentially having a great time. Gibi a very influential person in Dutch bros recognized me and called me over!
