First time visiting from New York! Avid Starbucksc but Jackie was so amazing and help as I was indecisive and I didn’t know what I wanted. She was patient and gave great recommendations. New location.
Both the drinks & the people are awesome
If you love crappy customer service—then you’ll love this location. When they make the wrong drink.. don’t worry!! They will remake the drink but they’ll make sure the drink you actually ordered tastes crappier than their customer service.
the employees here are always super nice!! update: new employees ??? it seems like the employees here don’t want to work, they make it seem like making custom drinks is too much or as if anything extra comes out of their paycheck. they no longer greet you just get straight to the “what i can i get for you” and after repeating back your order MULTIPLE times they still get it wrong and seem bothered when they have to fix it. i use to love this location. but now i will be driving an extra 15 mins to go else where.
