I’m writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding a recent visit after placing an order ahead at your store. I placed my order with a scheduled pickup time of 9:40 AM. Upon arriving at the pickup counter, Idalyn asked, “Pickup or need to order?” I informed her it was a pickup, to which she replied that the order was still being worked on.
