What’s the point of being able to order ahead and the app informing me that my drink will be ready at a specific time if you don’t put it in the queue until I arrive? I ordered ahead to save time on my way to work, knowing that the line is long every morning and I wouldn’t have stopped otherwise. Come on, Dutch, you’re better than this.
Dutch Bros has great coffee at comparable prices to other coffee chains, but the atmosphere is much more fun and inviting! I especially want to call out Ian for going above and beyond to create that atmosphere! We really appreciate your hard work!
