Yummy coffee
I get Dutch Bros multiple times a week, often at the Villa Maria location. They are consistently faster and exceed my customer service expectations. Any issues I’ve had with my orders (which are few) they’ve addressed with a smile and to my satisfaction. I will go out of my way to go to this Dutch Bros location.
When ordering, I accidentally said Hot Golden Eagle instead of Iced. The lady with blonde hair took my order in the parking lot and SHE was very nice and welcoming! But the lady who actually made my order was not. She greeted me as we came to the window and repeated the order and again I in error said yes. Ordered ahead on my way to work to allow time for it be ready in case they were busy. I waited at the window for ten minutes past the “order time ready” I was given on the app.
