Yummy coffee
I get Dutch Bros multiple times a week, often at the Villa Maria location. They are consistently faster and exceed my customer service expectations. Any issues I’ve had with my orders (which are few) they’ve addressed with a smile and to my satisfaction. I will go out of my way to go to this Dutch Bros location.
When ordering, I accidentally said Hot Golden Eagle instead of Iced. The lady with blonde hair took my order in the parking lot and SHE was very nice and welcoming! But the lady who actually made my order was not. She greeted me as we came to the window and repeated the order and again I in error said yes. When she went to hand the hot drink I instantly told her sorry I told the girl wrong. I told her hot instead of cold. She then said to me yea well thats why we repeat it twice.
