as a loyal dutch bros customer i hate going to this shop bc i always get such bad customer service. every person i interact with never has any sort of customer service or kind attitude. i consistently go to dutch but i always dread coming to this location due to the service and will only stop if its the only one on the way, since dutch bros customer service is typically at such a high standard it’s disappointing :(
Solid experience at Dutch Bros. Drinks were tasty and made fast, and the staff was super friendly. Only downside was a bit of a long line during peak hours. Overall, a great spot for a quick caffeine fix!
I've never had an issue with Dutch bros , its always been my number one but the location at Riverbank its extremely disappointing. I went there yesterday to get one of my usuals, an Iced Midnight Rebel/ Medium . when I went through the drive thru I asked for "less Ice" and the guy told me it would be an additional $1.50 since they fill it like its a "Large" I told him no. He told me that usually its half ice and the drinks are only half the drinks . When they handed me the drink, the cup wasnt even full. I pay almost $7.00 f... read more
