I definitely understand being busy, I've worked in food service, it happens. But when there's 11 cars in the drive through, you're 5th in line, and the baristas are handing drinks to every car behind you and the cars in front of you, you begin to feel as though the stand is being a wee bit mismanaged. Especially when you get up to the window after 25 minutes and your drinks are melted so you know they could've ran it out but didn't. Oh, and they messed up both our drinks.
