My girlfriend went through the drive through today and the woman who took her order was extremely disrespectful. She made very inappropriate comments about her body and personal appearance which sounded more like sexual commentary than customer service. This is completely unacceptable behavior when she was there to order breakfast and a coffee. Customers should not be spoken to like this especially when they aren’t inviting of it. Thank you for such wonderful employees! I have had various bad day where their thoughtfulness and kindness have made all the difference in the way my day went. I know some may complain because something wasn't exact, but we are all prone to a mistake once in awhile. That compales to the compassion your team has demonstrated and how they all go out of their way to give their best.
I had gotten a strawberry banana smoothie from their asking for extra cold foam and 20 mins after ordering they hand me my drink with no cold foam . When I had asked for them to take it back they did but proceeds to add the tiniest drop of cold foam. Wasn’t worth the wait never coming her again
