The server’s are always very friendly and make you feel welcomed. I order my coffee a very specific way and they are happy to comply and most of them know it by heart. I visit a lot of different shops and Orchards is my favorite!
Not correct size. Wanted a medium gave me large.
Maybe, for starters, you could turn down your music—the reason you can’t hear people’s orders, forcing them to waste their time waiting for their orders to be remade? This isn’t the first time you’ve gotten my coffee wrong—despite the fact that you ask the customer to confirm their order several times, you still manage to get it wrong! I will not be coming back! Terrible service!
