Customers, please be nicer to your baristas!! I just went through the line and my favorite barista seemed kind of off today, so I asked her what was wrong and she said that the customers today weren’t being very kind. I just wanted to say that a lot of the people who work for Dutch Bros are kids and they don’t deserve to be yelled at over a redbull you would have been better off buying at a maverick. If you have a problem with your drink every time you go through but you keep going back, who’s really the problem?
This is my favorite shop of the ones built in our town. The employees at all the shops are great, but this one knows me and my order. I love how upbeat they are. My favorite coffee shop in town!! Always Will be! It is far above others! The update on the app is great. Ordering ahead and picking up in minutes is so easy. This makes going there and getting out a lot easier. So much fun, but so busy when they have their giveaways. Still better than that other place.
We went through the Dutch Bros drive-thru today at 1:25 p.m. and were helped by Tina A. We ordered two Rebel drinks that normally total around $12.40. We had $7.04 left on our Dutch Pass app that we wanted to use, we were not ever told the total price instead just asked if we wanted to use the app, after scanning the app, Tina quietly told us that it would be another $7.36 this would put our order at $14.40.
