Wanted a 16oz hot American with 4 shots. Girl tried to place an order for an iced American 3 times despite me correcting her repeatedly. Ended up recieving a 12oz americano that they put cold water in with no extra shots. Why would a small americano with extra shots cost more than a large one with the same total number of shots in the first place?
This is the only dutch in fort collins that I have issues at. Order is usually messed up in some way. This time it was 2 out of the 3 drinks. Glad I got the reminder of why I dont go to this location.
