It took over 30 minutes to get through your drive-thru on a Sunday. I ordered at 3:50 and finally got my drink at 4:28. Not a single adult was present or overseeing operations during that entire time. This is unacceptable. Coffee quality means nothing if the process is this inefficient. Good coffee, but inconsistent customer service. When I simply asked for a sticker, the female taking my order had a passive-aggressive attitude, which was completely unnecessary. I have been to this Dutch Bros a few times, and this behavior was unwarranted. The coffee itself wasn't bad; however, it was upsetting, especially since I had my daughter in the car. It felt like an overreaction for something as simple as requesting a sticker.
