I love Dutch bros but they have been messing up my cold brew order a little too often lately, putting either wayyyyyyy too much cream in it or forgetting whatever flavor I asked for.
The staff is amazing. Brian on the other hand is most outstanding broista . He makes my coffees to my perfect liking all the time!! He's definitely is one of the best broistas I've ever encountered.
I pulled in at 8:58 it’s 9:35 and I just got my drinks, I couldn’t get out of the line even if I wanted to because there’s no exit area to pull out of so I was just stuck. For a single drink? There was only 6 cars in front of me and it took that long? They gave us some cute car coasters but and drinks are great but still
Never had a problem until today. They messed up and made the wrong size, no problem they offered to remake. When I got the new drink they kinda rushed me from the window. I ended up with a breve that I can't drink because of the high fat content. It was supposed to be a latte (2% milk). I'm just curious if there is new staff or what. Maybe yall need more training. The Teasley location is great. I understand things get busy but you have got to be patient with ALL customers no matter what.
