I got thr golden eagle blended picture perfect drove away and the ice was to big to go thru thr straw. The young lady making my drink had to have saw that pouring it in. I was super bummed I paid 11 bucks for it and had to go home and blended it more
I am a dutch bros lover… However, I feel like the customer service has gone down hill. They no longer give rewards like they used to or make it personable whatsoever. I feel as much money I spend at this company when I bring something up to the workers about my frustration it should be handled appropriately. Hope customer service can go back to how it used to be.
