Used to be a big fan, but the experience here has become frustrating. The drinks are never consistent, and it often feels like the order isn’t really listened to. Service tends to be very slow, and it’s disappointing to pay around $9 only to get a cup that isn’t even filled properly. I really liked Dutch Bros before, but the repeated inconvenience just to get a simple drink makes it hard to want to come back.
