Every morning on my way to work, I get my usual drink at Dutch Bros. All of the employees are friendly and personal. They have the tunes cranked up, in their groove, and working really well together. It’s a well oiled machine over there, and I’m an executive where I work. The manager is upbeat, positive, and supportive with his crew.
