We showed up to get coffees, we were making our order. We initially asked for medium coffee and switched it to large. The guy who took our order in their drive thru walked up to the other window to relay our order but in doing so was complaining about how we didn’t initially tell him we wanted a large. Thinking we couldn’t hear him speaking very loudly about it through the windows. The lady who handed us our coffees was nice. But that aside customer service brings back customers.
