My mom was given her drink, but the lid was broken and when she asked for a new one, she was told no. Fast forward 2 minutes and half her drink spilled onto her, so she went back inside to ask for a new lid for the second time where she was told to shut up and wait in line by the staff and several customers called her slurs. Drink was fine, but the people were horrible.
I always ask them to make my Blended Tropical Black Tea super duper Dairy Queen turn upside down thick... and they never ever disappoint me. I love this place. (just fyi...if you get it that thick, the flavor is less since there's so much ice. I like it that way though.) Also, if you like the flavor of coffee drinks but can't stomach much coffee or dairy like me, the Cocomo with one shot of Decaf coffee instead of 2 and oat milk instead milk is to die for.
