The drinks are typically good, employees are usually friendly, but how are they this slow! Im typing this review as ive now been sitting here in the drive thru line for 25 minutes. There were 4 cars in front of me. 4! All you serve is drinks! And I wish this was a one off, but the service is slow more often than not. Starbucks is infinitely quicker and typically with a longer line. I truly dont understand but im getting increasingly frustrated with this location.
I dont know what the deal was with skipping around. I dont know who schedules people. Nor is any of this my business. But when 20 comes come abundantly after i pull up and get excluded from the order, making 10x for the next person. But yet you come out after i get to the window. With all due respect. 4/10 around 7:30pm: I usually love Dutch Bros and have had great experiences in the past, but tonight was really disappointing. There were three ladies working, and unfortunately none of them seemed interested in helping customers. We barely received a greeting when we pulled up, and instead of engaging at all, they were talking amongst themselves the entire time.
