You know I hate to do it, but i really feel like this location has really gone downhill over the last few months. Every visit of my last 6 has had one issue or another. It is getting to the point that I am debating not coming anymore. As an avid dutch bros fanatic it is breaking my heart.
This location is super busy in the drive thru. To solve this problem I have attempted to use the lobby. In theory this is a great idea, in practice however this has now worked out poorly for me twice.(Back to back rotten experiences) The first time I ordered and after a crowd of people came in. Somehow their drinks were ready before mine...way to many were ready before mine, I was left waiting for a significant amount of time. Sadly with no apology for the wait. We’re from the East Coast so this was a nice exotic treat for us! I got a chai and my boyfriend got a hot latte, and it was sooo good but sweet (not in a bad way). It was like a nice dessert. I wish there was one near us!! The only problem was that there were so many people in line, it took a long time to get our drinks (like 20+ min).
Very friendly! Delicious seasonal coffee!
