Service is hit or miss at this location. Sometimes I will get amazing service depending who's on shift, but some visits feel like a transaction. I actually like talking to the baristas, but they don't seem interested :( Sometimes drinks get messed up but that's okay, we all make mistakes. I miss going to Dutch 3-4 years ago, where everyone was all happy. Now it's not so magical :(
Although this is the second time I’ve been double charged by Dutch Brothers. I’ve been charged 18 something 1890 something for two banana nut breads and a drink and then now this time for a smoothie I got charged 595 two times I’m sick of Dutch bro.
I’m extremely disappointed with the experience my mom and I had at this Dutch Bros today. We normally have great experiences with Dutch Bros, which is why this interaction stood out so much.
