Genuinely one of the slowest and most inefficient Dutch locations I've ever been to. I've been drinking Dutch for over a decade, lived in Northern and Southern CA, and Nevada. This is the first time I've felt the need to leave a review. The wait was annoying but by the time I got my freeze it was completely melted, at least half an inch from the top of the cup and the whip cream was wilted. The was something black floating in my water. The staff was about as friendly as a Starbucks- which is fine but it's not what I've known... read more
