My friend and I walked to the counter to order before our 8 hour long drive we had to do today. Instead of making our drinks she talked to her 2 friends at the counter. When the friends saw us waiting there they asked, "oh hey sorry do u need to order?" And we said "no we're just waiting for our drinks" then the worker said, "Someone else is making them... I think." The blonde girl at the walk up talked to her friends for 15 minutes not making drinks and when her friends said “you should probably do your job” she whiningly said “uggh i don’t want to” and then kept talking to them.. while we were standing right there waiting for our drinks to be made. She was extremely rude and disrespectful and should not be working there.
I will never go to Starbucks if there’s a Dutch Bros around! The drinks I’ve had were all delicious and the staff is fun and friendly every single time!
