Ordered 1 drink 30 minutes before getting there and when I got there still had to wait for my drink. Waited another 10 minutes and it still wasn't ready. I couldn't wait any longer so I had to leave with no drink.
Polar opposite of Starbucks!! Staff are personable and down to earth. Yes, the wait is usually long, but I don't mind because the atmosphere is fun with the different types of music that's played. Prices are cheaper than Starbucks, too. I only wish they would self the merchandise they wear.
Expensive but great.
