Lady asked me what I did for a job. I told her and she said "that sounds horrible and hard" plus she was screaming loud in an unpleasant tone. Please teach your employees customer service. This woman had curly black hair and was very unprofessional. I felt so uncomfortable the whole time. I usually enjoy coming to this location. But, after this encounter I will not return .
Loved the drink recommendation and Lyla loved her pup cup. Thank you for the extra love and attention she got!
