Went there after work and ordered a cherry pie chai cold pour (no ice. And it came almost completely full of ice). Gave the guy my card and he walked over to get the tablet (I was a walk up) he came back and handed me my card back but didn’t turn the tablet or say my total. He started to ask my friend what he wanted and I leaned over to see the tablet and saw 8 dollars as the total. I checked my bank a few minutes later and sure enough it was 8.05. 8:30 am blonde barista was not very kind or accommodating. Looks and acts like she doesn’t want to be there. Service was out the window and put in the trash lol.
Edit: I'm updating my review. The former Dutch Vibes have returned and I'm once again a happy regular. ✌️ This place has really gone downhill. The wait time is ridiculously long, prices are too high for the quality of drinks, and the kids working are too busy talking to eachother than interracting with the customers. Friendly faces and greetings were what made me a loyal patron since it opened. I waited in line for over 10 minutes with 1 car ahead of me and the guy at the window barely apologized.
