8:30 am blonde barista was not very kind or accommodating. Looks and acts like she doesn’t want to be there. Service was out the window and put in the trash lol.
Edit: I'm updating my review. The former Dutch Vibes have returned and I'm once again a happy regular. ✌️ This place has really gone downhill. The wait time is ridiculously long, prices are too high for the quality of drinks, and the kids working are too busy talking to eachother than interracting with the customers. Friendly faces and greetings were what made me a loyal patron since it opened. I waited in line for over 10 minutes with 1 car ahead of me and the guy at the window barely apologized. Have tried 2 Caramelizer from Scappoose location and they were the WORST!!! They both tasted like burnt coffee! Won't ever be back! Thankful they were free but tasted awful! Took 1 sip and threw them out!
