By far the worst location Ive been to. No matter if you order there or on the app. I've ordered atleast 20 to 30 minutes ahead of time 3 different times and it's never ready. I still wait over 15 minutes when I get there. I don't know if they need more staff or what. I will stick to my favorite location on Beach Street
You’d expect them to bring out the handheld device with four other cars behind me, but I suppose taking one order at a time by the window appears more practical to them.
Usually this place is spot on and super quick! Placed a mobile order today for drive through (before I realized the drive through would take 20+ minutes to get through, my bad) but what was irritating was the girl taking orders outside not taking orders in the order that the cars were in before she divided the line.
