We’ve been to DB locations all over California, Arizona, Oregon and even Florida and this is the first time we’ve ever had a less than ideal experience. When we paid, the kid with the screen ran off before we could tip and then tipped herself a dollar?? We always tip 20% or more but didn’t even get the chance. I’m pretty irritated but the coffee is always consistent. We just probably won’t visit this location again.
Great drinks, excellent service, usually quick wait time (although depending on the time of day there can be a long line. But that's just because they're so popular!)
