I NOTICED THAT THE EMPLOYEES WERE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT THE PEOPLE THAT DO PHONE ORDERS THAN THE ONES ORDERING AT THE COUNTER. IT TOOK 24 MINUTES GET GET A GOLDEN EAGLE, AND A CARMELIZER.

This was our first and last visit to Dutch Bros Coffee. I placed my order at the walk-up window, thinking it would be quicker than the drive-through. However, after eight to ten orders placed after mine had already been filled—and nearly 30 minutes later—the young lady who had taken my order noticed me sitting on the bench, apologized, and explained there had been a mix-up.
